This Privacy Policy outlines how Ogivitive Group ("we," "our," or "us") manages your personal data when you use our application (app.gnitive.io) and interact with Google Workspace APIs.

1. Data We Access from Google

Our application accesses the following Google user data via Google Workspace APIs:

  • AdWords data
  • Google Analytics 4 data
  • Access tokens (to authenticate API requests)

We do not access, store, or retain any other Google user data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide our services.

2. How We Use Google User Data

The data accessed is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Displaying integrated data reports within app.gnitive.io
  • Providing real-time analytics and visualizations
  • Comparing current API data with historical data (stored only during active sessions) for AI-driven insights

We do not:

  • Store Google user data beyond the access token required for API calls
  • Use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models
  • Share Google user data with third parties, except as required by law

3. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Access tokens: Stored only during active sessions and deleted upon logout
  • API data: Processed in real-time and not retained after session ends
  • Historical comparisons: Temporary session data automatically deleted when you close the application

4. Security Practices

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits and access controls
  • Use of secure servers and cloud services
  • Compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy

5. Compliance Declaration

We confirm that our application does not retain Google user data to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models. Data is used only for real-time reporting and session-based insights.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. Users will be notified of material changes.
